I am a French sommelier and mixologist who brings twelve years of expertise in gastronomy from Sommelier at The NoMad Hotel London and bar manager at 2 Michelin-starred Brooklands at The Peninsula London. Previously, I also created and mixed cocktails at Lyaness, the former #1 World's 50 Best Bars.Alongside my work, I also co-founded AP Private Dining to bring exceptional food, wine and cocktails to private dinners and events.I care about taste, storytelling, and building experiences people remember.
